| Here is the Flamenco ensemble the night I visited Casa Patas. Left to right, first you have one of the two singers (the other is hidden from view), a drummer (you can see his hands blurred in motion), two guitarists and a very good dancer. There was also something special that I had not anticipated--a flamenco violinist, using an electric fiddle, who brought the house down.
I used my wife's little digital Panasonic Lumix camera to take this photo. It is remarkable what inexpensive digital cameras can do these days, and the Lumix is one of the best. However, it was very dark, and with all the back on and around the stage, it was difficult to get a usable photo. Here's an alternate version of this photo, with the black converted to white. I like it.
