| Before/After view. This was a sad and empty building that housed a Minyard's supermarket (Minyard's are known and respected in Dallas for providing grocery stores in economically stressed areas). After Minyard's gave up, it was briefly a Fiesta supermarket, reflecting the large hispanic population in the area.
Renovation of the lot was completed in March 2007. If you don't see the "99¢ Only Store," just hover you mouse over the image of the old store and wait a few seconds. |
