Ronnie Bembry

| I met Ronnie when I first moved to Dallas in 1974 to work as an assistant photographer in a major advertising photography studio. As I recall, Ronnie was pumping gas at a station I frequented. Ronnie has green eyes, which is unusual (I think) for a black man. I asked him if I could take his picture. After a few minutes of discussion, he graciously assented.
The afro is so 70's, don't you agree? Ronnie, if you are still out there, thanks, man. |
