These cupboards were made to order for my husband over 25 years ago This was my first attempt at faux finishing and I thought it was pretty awful. Later I found a stencil of cattails and set about making them attractive enough to live with and people seem to think I succeeded. I’ll never like them all that much, as they seem very amateurish to me. But, I got lucky and they came together well enough to enhance my dining room somewhat.
